  • Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. During sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 7 business days. 
  • We only ship during business hours Mon-Fri.
  • Products ship within 1-3 business days.
  • Domestic shipping times are 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping rates vary.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Due to the nature of our products, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer, because we can not fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. Please understand that our quality and customer service is our priority, and we must protect our customers.
